You may read, print and use the free guides on this site for your own wedding planning. You may link to any page. You may not republish the guides in full on another site, or sell them, without written permission.

The paid kit — personal-use license

Buying the kit grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and edit the files for your own wedding (or for planning one wedding on behalf of a client, with the files delivered to that client only). You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, redistribute or upload the files to a template marketplace or shared drive for others to download.
• Use the files to build a competing template product.
• Remove attribution or license notices from the files.

Digital delivery and refunds

Files are delivered instantly by download. Because digital files cannot be returned, TODO: state the actual refund policy here to match the checkout provider's settings before launch (for example: refunds within 14 days if the files are defective, or no refunds on digital downloads). The policy displayed at checkout governs.

No professional advice

The guides are planning templates, not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Marriage license rules, contract terms and tax treatment vary by jurisdiction. Verify with the relevant authority or a qualified professional before relying on any administrative detail.

We review content each planning season and label heuristics as heuristics, but we do not warrant that every third-party price, rule or vendor policy is current. Each guide shows its last-reviewed date.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of the site or the kit is limited to the amount you paid for the kit.
