What we do

Every guide on this site starts from a decision a couple actually has to make: a budget ceiling, a guest-count range, a fitting date, a load-in window. We write the instructions, define the fields, and give away the structure for free. The paid kit is the same content in editable, print-ready formats.

Editorial policy

• Human-written and reviewed. All planning content is written and checked by our editor. We do not publish unedited generated text as advice.
• Verified where it matters. Legal and administrative details — marriage license rules, waiting periods, tax treatment — are flagged as "verify with your county clerk" rather than stated as universal fact, because they vary by state and change over time.
• Numbers are labeled. Percentages and sample timelines are planning heuristics, not industry averages. We say so on the page.
• Last reviewed date appears on each guide. Content is rechecked at least once per planning season.

AI-generated imagery

Some preview imagery used to illustrate our templates is AI-generated. It is decorative: it shows what a printed checklist or palette board might look like. It is never presented as a real wedding photograph, a real product photo, or evidence of a real event. Templates themselves are human-designed layouts.
